I started working with Jordan 3 to 4 years ago, after a co-worker told me about the success of his local move. She was very hands-on in the process of updating my ‘bachelor pad’, especially the kitchen, which needed a new tile floor, granite countertops, new appliances, lighting, painting and electrical. She procured and supervised the contractors, which was of no cost and great benefit to me. The search for a new home led us to building with DR Horton on WestRidge golf course in McKinney. She worked with the decorator on selecting all of the finishing options and kept a close eye on the construction process. She noticed that the color/shade of the mortar was incorrect, which resulted in a delayed move in, but was not her fault. I used the equity from the sale of my Plano home to build a home in McKinney that she manages for me (leasing and any maintenance issues). Jordan previously worked for the builder, so was able to get the lowest price possible. When the commute began to grind on me, we sold the golf course house ($45K appreciation in 18 months) and after a short search I selected a duplex in Addison. During this timeframe, she alerted me to a potential investment in Keller. We flipped the house, and with a minimal investment in time and money, cleared about $20K each in the span of about 4 months. I recently singed the paperwork to purchase another rental property in McKinney that she recommended, and is poised to appreciate over the next few years. I have sold 3 houses, and will have purchased 5 with Jordan, and highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy, sell and/or invest in real estate.
